  • Denise: An employee of a post office who T-Bag used in order to obtain Susan Hollander's address.
  • Cooper Green: Former Deputy Attorney General and friend of Aldo Burrows.
  • Marty Gregg: A lawyer who defended Sara Tancredi at her trial.
  • Ives: F.B.I. Agent who accompanied Special Agent Mahone on the nationwide manhunt of the fugitives.
  • Kristine Kellerman: Sister of Paul Kellerman. Credited as "Kristine Pace" in press releases for episodes "Wash" and "Fin Del Camino".[4][5]
  • Bill Kim: Secret Service agent, who is loyal to "The Company".

  • Pamela Mahone: Ex-wife of Alexander Mahone and mother of his son, Cameron.
  • Sasha Murray: Met Charles "Haywire" Patoshik with her boyfriend, who asked him to buy alcohol for them.
  • Agent Richard Sullins: An Internal Affairs agent, he investigates Alexander Mahone after the deaths of two of the escaped convicts. He later helps C-Note to get out of jail in exchange of information against Mahone.
  • Ann Owens: Police officer and daughter of Jeanette Owens.
  • Jeanette Owens: Owner of the house, where Charles Westmoreland's money was buried.
  • Pad Man: Associated with "The Company" and gives orders to Agent Kim.
  • Ed Pavelka: Succeeds Henry Pope as the next Warden of Fox River State Penitentiary.
  • Jane Phillips: An associate of Aldo Burrows; working with him in hopes of destroying "The Company".
  • Kathryn Slattery: A detective assigned to the case regarding Geary's murder.

  • Derek Sweeney: Friend of Lincoln Burrows.
  • Kyle 'Woody' Woodling: Owner of a hardware store in Tooele, Utah, where the fugitives stole their digging equipment.
  • Agent Blondie: Agent who works for the company. He was one of the responsibles for Veronica Donovan getting killed.He was killed by Agent Alexander Mahone after he threatened his son.
  • Old Mexican Man: A Mexican old man who helped Sucre to meet Marycruz in Ixtapa.
  • Trey: C-note's brother-in-law who helped him to reunion with his family.

Season 3

  • Sammy:: Lechero's right-hand man inside Sona. Sammy is played by Laurence Mason.
  • McGrady: A young prisoner in Sona. McGrady is played by Carlo Alban.
  • Sapo: A scrawny prisoner in Sona who becomes a friend of Bellick. Later he tries to escape but the guards kill him.
  • Augusto: Lechero's cousin, he is part of Lechero's gang outside of the prison.
  • Andrew Tyge: Prisoner in Sona. He has been murdered.
  • Nieves: Lechero's man for smuggling drugs and money into the prison. T-Bag killed him to advance in Lechero's crew and to gain an advantage over Mahone.
  • Cheo: Lechero's man who organized football games. He was killed by Lechero because Lechero believed Cheo had killed Tyge.
  • Papo: Lechero's man. He has killed by Escamilla who accused him for trying to escape.
  • Escamilla: The colonel of Sona.
  • Elliot Pike: An operator for the company. He was killed by Lincoln Burrows.
  • Christobal: A prisoner in Sona. Sammy want to bring him into their gang.
  • Alfonso: McGrady's father. He sent a message from Michael to Lincoln.
  • Hurtado: One of the tower guards.
  • Sister Mary Francis: A sex worker who Lechero sleeps with; she enters Sona dressed as a nun.
  • Pistachio: A prisoner in Sona who seems to be a transsexual barber.
  • Raul: A lawyer chosen by the Panama court to represent Alexander Mahone.
  • Wyatt: A prisoner in Sona. He started a revolt against Lechero when the water ran out. After Michael restarted the water, Lechero drowned him.
