Charley Webb (born Charlotte Webb February 26, 1988 in Bury) is an English actress. She is best known for portraying Debbie Dingle in the ITV1 soap opera Emmerdale.
Biography
Before landing the role of Debbie, she previously appeared on the stage in Manchester in a production of Bugsy Malone when she was eight. She attended Philips High School in Bury.
Her father died shortly before she landed her role in Emmerdale. Charley has two older sisters Kelly and Cassie Lomas (make-up artists for Atomic Kitten), as well as brothers Danny and Jamie.[1] Her older brother Jamie Lomas is also an actor who currently plays Warren Fox on the Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks.
