Eric Person (b. 1964, St. Louis, Missouri[1]) is an alto and soprano saxophone player and a member of the band Meta-Four. He has been featured in over thirty recordings as a sideman and leader.

Collaborations

Person has recorded six CDs with drummers Chico Hamilton and Ronald Shannon Jackson. From 1994 to 1997 Person was a member of the Dave Holland Quartet, which toured Europe, the United States and Canada. The band's success culminated in their recording of Dream Of The Elders on ECM. Person also has worked with McCoy Tyner, David Murray, World Saxophone Quartet, Vernon Reid, Ben Harper, Ofra Haza, and John Hicks.
