Kazem HajirAzad (March 21, 1950, Tehran, Iran) (Persian: کاظم هژیرآزاد) Kazem HajirAzad began his stage career in the Anahita studio in 1970. He studied acting under Mostafa Oskoui (Constantin Sergeyevich Stanislavski’s metod). Since 1990 he has played supporting roles in several Iranian films and major television series. He married Zoya Emami (television actress) in 1983 and he has two sons. He has also published two single curtain dramas (Comedy Theater, 1977 and Susangerd, 1979) and a short story collection by name of Kif (Bag, 1980). HajirAzad has written several theatrical criticisms, articles and notes in Iranian newspapers and magazines. He is a member of I.F.A.A (Iranian Film Actors Association) and Iranian actors of Theater Forum and also the Theater Forum executive committee.
