Hinea is a genus of gastropod molluscs in the family Planaxidae.
Distribution
Australia including Lord Howe Island, and northern New Zealand including the Kermadec Islands.
Description
The shells are elongated and smooth, covered by a thick yellowish-brown periostracum.
