Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya (English: Shall You Come From The Stars) is a forthcoming Tamil language film to be directed by Gautham Menon, starring Silambarasan and Trisha Krishnan.[1][2] The first poster was released in February and pays homage to the music video for the song "Vennilave Vennilave" from the 1997 Tamil film Minsara Kanavu.

Development
As a unique form of publicity, from the announcement of the film, posters have been released inspired by Minsara Kanavu, Dil Se (Uyire), Alaipayuthey, Geethanjali (Idhayathai Thirudathey) and Kaakha Kaakha.
