Deletion of large parts of French_cuisine

I'm new, so I'm not too sure how to revert the last three deletion on French Cuisine by Special:Contributions/76.74.69.150 / User_talk:76.74.69.150 Could you help me. Thanks --Anneyh (talk) 20:19, 2 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Well, I gave it a try by reverting one edit after the other. Within 10 days this will disappear! --Anneyh (talk) 07:45, 3 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Bottler (IRC client)

Would you be willing to restore Bottler (IRC client) as a redirect to XDCC#Bottler so I can merge the usable material? Thanks! --Tothwolf (talk) 00:09, 7 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I emailed you the contents if you needed that, you're more than welcome to create a redirect if so needed. Hope that helps! --Coffee // have a cup // ark // 00:17, 7 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. I wanted to merge material though, which would mean it would have to be restored behind a redirect for attribution and GFDL compliance purposes. There was also a very very long AN/I discussion related to these AfDs which ended up on it's own subpage. (link to last section with summary) --Tothwolf (talk) 00:28, 7 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I'm reopening the AFD per the extent of the ANI discussion. Too much history between you and Miami for me to either delete or keep it, I'll let someone more familiar with the ANI discussion close it. --Coffee // have a cup // ark // 00:47, 7 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
No worries, the whole thing is quite the can of worms. Several other AfDs were closed similarly by others today who were also probably unaware of the AN/I. Not really sure what to do at this point myself since the AN/I has gone somewhat stale. --Tothwolf (talk) 01:03, 7 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi old friend....

.. Glad to see you active again -- Tinu Cherian - 12:28, 10 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, how have things been going for you? I'm enjoying the ability to edit again actively, hope your doing well, Coffee // have a cup // ark // 12:39, 10 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
-10 points for using "your". :P –Juliancolton | Talk 20:24, 10 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

No. Only +1, as 3 should have been spelled out as "three" according to the WP:MOS. –Juliancolton | Talk 01:02, 11 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Re:Rfa

I will add my reason as soon as possible. Thank you for reminding me. Meursault2004 (talk) 12:58, 10 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

No problem! :) --Coffee // have a cup // ark // 13:00, 10 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

RE: Reverts

To tell you the truth I thought that option was for vandalism that actually is questionable otherwise why would the line for it state "identified as vandalism" and not "reverted vandalism edits by [name]", however to be honest usually anything I use that option for is what I think is vandalism, usually I find edits made that seem to be only to be of annoyance and nothing more, which usually is the common intent for vandalism. • GunMetal Angel 18:52, 10 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

User privileges

Hi -- I am a wiki user who edited under user: Shagmaestro once upon a time, but started a new account to get a fresh start on things. I see that I am restricted from certain functions until I am "autoconfirmed", which takes some time. How can I get around this? If you look at my contributions on my new account so far, you will see that I am competent and constructive. My old account was not banned or anything like that; I would just like to build a new history on a new account. I got your name from Wikipedia:Requests for page protection. Thanks much Kenojuak37 (talk) 19:40, 10 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Oh, and the reason I would like to be "autoconfirmed" is so that I can begin uploading some new images for the Appleby College article which I have been editing. Thanks Kenojuak37 (talk) 19:47, 10 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I went ahead and preemptively confirmed you, usually the system automatically gives it to you after 10 edits and 4 days, but since you had a former account I saw no real issue in handing it to you early. Hope that helps! --Coffee // have a cup // ark // 00:04, 11 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
