22 Marsh Wall, also known as The Landmark, is a pair of residential skyscrapers currently under construction in Docklands, London.

Designed by architects Squire and Partners in conjunction with Hoare Lea (M&E Consulting Engineers), the taller tower will be 140 m (459 ft) with 44 storeys, making it one of Europe's tallest residential buildings,[1] and its shorter neighbour will be 98 m (322 ft) with 30 storeys. The towers will be located on the south-western edge of the Canary Wharf estate, close to the River Thames and a short walk from the planned 280,000 sq m (3 million sq. feet) office development, Riverside South. Construction is scheduled to be completed by 2009.

By August 2007 all 276 apartments had been reserved.[1] Restaurants, cafes and shops will occupy the ground and 1st floors, within a glass-covered piazza. A 24 hour concierge and resident's gymnasium are among the development's many other features.

In 2007 the development received recognition as the Best High Rise Development and Best High Rise Architecture in the prestigious Daily Mail UK Property Awards.[1][2]

As of January 2009, both towers have topped out, becoming a valuable addition to Canary Wharf's skyline. The towers will be fully complete in 2010.
