  • VIPnet has commercially launched HSPA+ in November 2009 with speeds up to 21.6 Mbit/s.

G

  • O2 has launched first HSPA+ Trial in late 2009 with speeds up to 21.6 Mbit/s.

H

  • CSL launched the first HSPA+ network in the territory in March 2009 with speeds up to 21.6 Mbit/s.
  • PCCW launched HSPA+ service in early 2009 now offering speeds up to 42 Mbit/s.
  • SmarTone-Vodafone launched their HSPA+ service in November 2009 with speeds up to 28.8 Mbit/s.

  • 3 Italia launched HSPA+ service in 2009 with speeds up to 21.6 Mbit/s. Planned upgrade to 28.8 Mbit/s through a software update for supported equipments.
  • Tata DoCoMo launched HSPA+ service on November 5, 2010 with speeds up to 21.1 Mbit/s.

Since 5 April 2006 that the three operators offer this service, coverage includes the main cities and most important towns at speeds up to 43.2 Mbps (Vodafone , 21,6Optimus) and (TMN), generally 3.6/7.2 Mbit/s in most cities. At main cities the three operators have also HSUPA 5,7 Mbits upload enabled.

  • Cosmote Romania launched HSPA+ and offers speed of 21.6 Mbit/s.

  • All MobileOne, SingTel and StarHub mobile service provider has commercial HSPA+ service throughout the island with download speed up to 21 Mbit/s.

  • T-Mobile USA launched its first HSPA+ Trial in September 2009 with speeds up to 21.6 Mbit/s. T-Mobile reported their HSPA+ mobile broadband network covered more than 30 million Americans as of May 24, 2010.[2]
