Known as [[God]] by his players, Jim has the philosophy of a [[dictator]], it is either his way or he will destroy you with an insult such as "John Merry! You're the dumbest shit alive! or most recently "Go back on that mound and die!". Jim most noteably utilizes three plays in his arsenal: the famous 22/233 iso, the 56/57 sprint draw, and when things get hairy, 70/71 All Go, a four reciever pass that can't be stopped! Jim does not care about his defense, but sure as hell if the defense gives up a point they are all fired or "lazy-asses"!
