In 1989 the school relocated to the historical city of [[Maastricht]] and in 1993 its name changed to the Maastricht School of Management.

Since the late 1990s Maastricht School of Management’s programs are increasingly offered across the globe, particularly in emerging markets and developing countries, in collaboration with selected partner institutions. Thus in addition to The Netherlands Maastricht School of Management’s educational programs are currently offered on location in around 18 different countries: China, Colombia, Czech Republic, Egypt, , Germany, Ghana, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Namibia, Peru, Romania, Rwanda, Suriname, Tanzania, Vietnam, Yemen, and Zambia.
More than 2500 participants from over 30 different countries graduate every year as either a Master or a Doctor in Business Administration, or have obtained a diploma from one of the Executive Programs.


In September 2012, Maastricht School of Management celebrated its 60th Anniversary. Core programs are the [[Master of Business Administration]] ([[MBA]]), [[Executive MBA]] ([[EMBA]]), and [[Doctor of Business Administration]] ([[DBA]]).
