“Khojaly” (Azerbaijani: Xocalı; German: Chodschali[1]) – is a memorial monument dedicated to victims of Khojaly Massacre that was carried out by the Armenian and, partially, by CIS armed forces against the Azerbaijani population on February 25–26, 1992. The monument is in Berlin, the capital of Germany, on the area of a reading garden of Gottfried Benn Library in Steglitz-Zehlendorf borough.
