This page is wholy inaccurate - given that it purports to describe the position with respect to the laws of England and Wales surely this page should be accurate?

The revisions made to this article clearly evidence fundamental errors, there were not "graphiti" or "just for fun". If Wikipedia (or its users) cares at all about the accurancy of its contents then this article needs to be re-written.
