Sampoornesh Babu is a Tollywood hero, who made it out of his passion. He is popularly referred to as Burning Star Sampoo.[1]
He made his acting debut through the 2014 telugu film Hrudaya Kaleyam.[2] S. S. Rajamouli's tweet of Hrudaya Kaleyam in Twitter drew attention of audience towards the film. It was followed by a one-minute trailer shot, which was uploaded on YouTube last May that attracted a whopping 10 lakh hits[3] in a very short span of 3 days.[4] He thus made his impression in telugu film industry.
He has world wide fan following including Facebook Groups like Sampoornesh babu life long fans[sampoornism],AP Sampoornesh Babu Fans Association.
Social Life
Sampoornesh Babu extended his support for the victims of Cyclone Hudhud by donating an amount of 1 Lakh Rupees to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund.[5] He also actively took part in Memu Saitham, a fund raising event undertaken by Tollywood for the cyclone victims.[6][7]
Early life
Sampoornesh Babu learnt acting in Texas and martial arts in Vietnam.His friends noticed that despite not having anything that makes a quintessential hero, there arose several such actors in Telugu Film Industry.So they suggested Sampoornesh Babu to act in Telugu movies who has all the essential qualities of a Hero. Thus inspired by his friends he made his debut film Hrudaya Kaleyam which is a huge success in the category of low budget films.
