Bill Pierce (1935–) is a freelance photographer and journalist, who is based in New York City.
Life
He was graduate on the Princeton University. His work appears in major international publications such as photographer by Time, as contributing editor by Popular Photography for 15−15 years and Newsweek, U.S. News & World Report, Life, Paris Match, The New York Times Magazine and Stern. His works are represented in exhibitions, books and permanent museum collections (such as of the National Portrait Gallery and the Corcoran Gallery of Art). He was more then 20 years photojournalist. In thist years immortalized from the civil war in Beirut or Lebanon to the demonstrators call for democracy[1] in Tiananmen Square, Beijing.
His son, W. Eugene Pierce is photographer too.
