Vladislav Kotromanić (c. 1320–1354[1]) was the acting regent of the Banate of Bosnia, from September 1353 to his death in 1354. He was co-regent with his brother, Stephen II, Ban of Bosnia (r. 1314–53), from 1338 (when he is first mentioned[2]) onwards, mentioned with the title of knez.[1] He was the son of Stephen I, Ban of Bosnia, and Elizabeth of Serbia. He had four brothers and two sisters.[3] Vladislav was married to Jelena Šubić, the daughter of Croatian magnate George II Šubić of Bribir.[2] After his death, he was succeeded by his son Tvrtko I.
