Vitamin B3 complex is a family of vitamins that includes nicotinamide (niacinamide), niacin (nicotinic acid) and nicotinamide riboside.[1]

In August 2017, breakthrough research from the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute in Australia associated vitamin B3 with positive outcomes for pregnancy in humans. Specifically it stated that a deficiency of available nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD), which is synthesised in the body using vitamin B3, prevents an embyro from developing organs correctly.[2][3]
