Maya (Suhani Dhanki) is the Icchadhari Naagin, who kills Manu in the haste of jealously. Years later Manasvini's soul returns as Radhika, who is a film making student. Radhika lands up in Narayanpuri, where the ancient Garuda Temple is located. During this journey, Radhika comes in terms with her past life as Manasvini and some intriguing secrets are revealed to her about Manasvini, Maadhav and Maya's relationship. Later the story turns to a different series where Maya kills each of the family members and also tries to kill Manu. By mistake Madhav gets hurt, Manu stabs Maya by a trishul and Maya bites Manu. The three of them die together.
Now coming to present, Radhika (Manu's rebirth) finds Krish (Madhav's rebirth) and marry him by the help of Tulsi (a small snake came to unite Radhika and Krish to wash the wrong's done by nagvansh of separating love couple). In Krish's house, Preeti, Krish's bhabhi is a daayan and has a hidden motive. Preeti tortures Radhika by kidnapping Krish. Later Preeti kills Radhika but Tulsi saves Radhika by giving her life powers of Tulsi and Radhika transforms into an icchadhari nagin. By using the powers, Radhika changes Preeti to a normal human.
