Agrotis characteristica is a moth of the Noctuidae family. It is found in Ukraine, the southern Urals, western Siberia, the Altai mountains, the Sayan Mountains, Transbaikal, Mongolia, northern China (Ordos, Hotan) and the Korean Peninsula.
