::::Don't start it here again. My primary concern was you deleting the term "modern" from the sentence. After that you added "local" which didn't make any sense. These Indian scholars are obviously modern compared to those Ancient Chinese travelers. Secondly, I made a passing comment on DNA which is obvious for South Asians. Having that specific set of DNA doesn't make somebody loose their language, so calm down. And don't ping me to your talk. - Fylindfotberserk (talk) 18:42, 24 June 2019 (UTC)

:::: Fylindfotberserk I didn't pinged you before. Your came to comment here. I replied to Abecedare . I didn't say anything to you. I'm already calm , don't assume your own condition. Now I've pinged you because you came to my page without my invitation. I don't want to argue anymore. This is just reply to your uninvited comment. Hope you'll not comment here further. I've no time for uncivil talk. You're still not invited to comment here from my side. This is just reply. * "They started it" is not a very effective argument and responding to provocation in kind is not an acceptable or effective strategy. Personally, I find simply ignoring incivilities and focusing on content/sources to be the best response. But if you can't do that, report the problem to me or any other admin when it first starts. At this moment, I'll just ask Fylindfotberserk to step away from each other. The discussion at Talk:Varman dynasty can continue after the break but you should be mindful of the number and tone of posting, and give other involved editors a chance to weigh in. Welcome!

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. The following links will help you begin editing on Wikipedia:

Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia:

The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome! Wikipedia and copyright

Control copyright icon Hello PerfectingNEI, and welcome to Wikipedia. While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues here.

 • You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and cite the source using an inline citation. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
 • Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. (There is a college-level introduction to paraphrase, with examples, hosted by the Online Writing Lab of Purdue.) Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify the information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
 • Our primary policy on using copyrighted content is Wikipedia:Copyrights. You may also want to review Wikipedia:Copy-paste.
 • If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a legally designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. Understand, though, that unlike many other sites, where a person can license their content for use there and retain non-free ownership, that is not possible at Wikipedia. Rather, the release of content must be irrevocable, to the world, into the public domain (PD) or under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. Such a release must be done in a verifiable manner, so that the authority of the person purporting to release the copyright is evidenced. See Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
 • In very rare cases (that is, for sources that are PD or compatibly licensed) it may be possible to include greater portions of a source text. However, please seek help at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions, the help desk or the Teahouse before adding such content to the article. 99.9% of sources may not be added in this way, so it is necessary to seek confirmation first. If you do confirm that a source is public domain or compatibly licensed, you will still need to provide full attribution; see Wikipedia:Plagiarism for the steps you need to follow.
 • Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied or translated without attribution. If you want to copy or translate from another Wikipedia project or article, you must follow the copyright attribution steps in Wikipedia:Translation#How to translate. See also Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia.

It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Natureium (talk) 22:31, 24 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Reminder

I was happy to note a distinct change in manner of communication following the notes Doug Weller and I left you last week. However, the discussion at Talk:Varman dynasty between Fylindfotberserk and you has gone downhill over the past few hours.Deriding each other as "Mr. Expert", "Mr. intelligent"; LOLing at each other's comments; and dismissing them as fantasies is hardly collaborative or acceptable communication and doesn't reflect well on either of you. Please take a break if you need it, and don't repeat such uncivil behavior. Abecedare (talk) 17:35, 24 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

There was no dispute, I just said that In egalitarian society , claiming someone to be Aryan , Dravidian , Tibeto-Burman are meaningless. LOL was first used by Fylindfotberserk . I've no use to debate in uncivil manner but Somebody try hard to establish only their view is not convincing . PerfectingNEI (talk) 17:51, 24 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Abecedare: , Fylindfotberserk had argued with me in uncivil manner for this line "except one modern book, No modern scholars claimed Indo-Aryan origin of Varman" . Most claims were made in 1980s and Just one book published in 2010s claimed it. So, I suggested Many modern scholars claiming Indo-Aryan origin of Varman is not appropriate. Then he started to claim that Bodos have Aryan/Dravidian DNA. We Bodos are egalitarian. These terms are useless in our society . He first used all these words then again he started his expert opinion and he used the term LOL . Then I replied him in same manner . PerfectingNEI (talk) 18:17, 24 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
