Biography
She was born in Madrid, Spain, and grew up in Ottawa, Ontario.[2] She made her acting debut in an episode of Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color in 1987.[1]
She graduated from Nepean High School in Ottawa[1] and attended Carleton University in the same city.[2]
Maria del Mar played in recurring roles on series like Street Legal,[3] TekWar, Mercy Point, Relativity, Blue Murder,[3] Terminal City and Murdoch Mysteries.
Splits time between Los Angeles and Toronto.[2]
She was married to screenwriter Guy Mullally, who met on the set of Street Legal. The marriage had two children, a girl named Paloma and a boy named Gabriel.[2][4] The couple has divorced.[2]
