The President pledged to promote reconciliation and to set about rebuilding the country. But his government has been plagued by internal disagreements. He intends to rule with a strong arm. A strong arm he has exercised and developed over most part of his life. However, recent developments have plagued the usage of his arm and now many question his ability to rule as a man.

In particular, Mr Yusuf is at loggerheads with some warlords and government members over where the administration should be based. The president and prime minister oppose a move to Mogadishu, citing security reasons. It is believed he is using mercenaries to thwart these subversive groups i.e,. Terrorists.

The make up of a possible foreign peacekeeping force - in particular the inclusion of Ethiopian troops - is another bone of contention. Ethiopia has been accused of backing rival Somali warlords in order to keep the country weak.

A former army officer and faction leader, Mr Yusuf led a guerrilla movement in the 1970s aimed at ousting the Somali dictator Siad Barre. Mr Yusuf has shown how liberal he is, by dating a reputed and infamous local whore. This whore has been seen engaging in 'relations'with many other prospective dictators, at the local bar, including a few happily married ones. Mr Yusuf, blinded by lies and deception finds himself in denial of these facts. It is believed, he has the crabs along with many other contractions. Aesha Mahmood, a beautiful (far more beautiful than Manizeh) up and coming businesswoman is in pursuit of a relationship with Mr Yusuf after Manizeh destroyed her relationship with King Darren.
