(Nurizade) Ziya Songülen (He was born in 1886, was circumcised at 13 years old and died 1936 in Istanbul). He was a the son of Princess Saliha Sultana, a daughter of Sultan Mahmud II. He was the first founder and first Chairman of Türkiye Süper Ligi giant Fenerbahçe SK between 1907-08.[1] He has also played as a right back for the club. He graduated from Saint Joseph's College. He was a very wealthy man who bought the ground where the Şükrü Saracoğlu Stadium then named Papazın Çayırı was built on, for 17 Ottoman golden coins .[2][3]so that Fenerbahçe could play football.
