Joyalukkas Lifestyle Developers is a real estate company based in Kochi,Kerala[1]. It is a part of the multibillion-dollar company [2] Joyalukkas Group. It's first project was the Joyalukkas Lifestyle Gold Tower, the tallest building in Kochi.[3]. The group was founded by Joy Alukkas.

Founded in 1987, Joyalukkas Group operates in more than 11 countries including UK, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Singapore, India, US and Malaysia.[5]
