There is no television station KBQS-TV and thus this will never become an extant article. This is just...patent nonsense. See a similar MfD on a nonexistent broadcast station draft. This one's just a bad salad of nonsense with a tenuous tie to an extant LPFM license (KBQS-LP, which is similarly nonsensical but at least exists!).
