Loop-Finding-Jazz-Records is the second studio album by German electronic music producer Jan Jelinek, released on 2 February 2001[3] by the label ~scape.
The title is derived from Jelinek's production approach on the album; its tracks are built around second-long samples sourced from 1960s and 1970s jazz records and manipulated beyond recognition.[4][5] Jelinek produced much of the album using an Ensoniq ASR-10 sampler.[6]

In a contemporary review of the album for Pitchfork, critic Mark Richardson found that Jelinek distinguishes himself from other glitch artists through his more evident "ear for emotion" on the album, which he credited to "the textures he chooses, which veer toward the liquid and organic" and his production methods.[10] Writing in AllMusic, Richardson further highlighted the album's more varied rhythms and "richer sound palette".[7]
In 2017, Pitchfork placed Loop-Finding-Jazz-Records at number 7 on its list of "The 50 Best IDM Albums of All Time".[4] According to Resident Advisor, the album has gone on to be "widely hailed as a highlight of the late-'90s and early-'00s era of minimal and experimental electronic music".[12]
