I noticed that one of the first articles you edited was Soil Association, which appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.

To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, and then ask me or another editor to proofread it. See our help page on userspace drafts for more details. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.

One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms of use and our policy on paid editing.

Hello Danmoro806. I have posted a standard welcome message above and the links in it may be useful for you. I will try to help you at the Soil Association page, but I ask that you dont rush, and dont edit the page yourself until you have gained some experience here, because of your COI. May I ask if you have any further interest in editing the encyclopeadia, or do you just want to improve the SA page and nothing more? Your answer to this will affect how we improve the page. I dont want to bog you down with reams of policy and guideline stuff if you dont need it!

Why dont you go to the article talk page and suggest an area that you want to improve, and your proposed text, and we will take a look to see if it can be done, OK? Hi Roxy the sceptical dog. wooF. Thanks for the kind welcome and guidance. All of that looks fair - my COI will obviously make it hard to draft the content without bias but I will make some attempts to do this and share drafts for sections in the article talk page as you have suggested. At this stage, this is the only article I wish to edit so don't worry about briefing me in with the reams of policy and guidelines! Maybe I'll get a taste for it though in which case I'll come asking for more detail. For now, I will start on those proposed drafts DanMor0806 (talk) 07:30, 24 September 2021 (UTC)
