Catherine Fritz-Kalish (born 5 December 1973) is the co-founder and managing director of the Australian think tank Global Access Partners (GAP).[1]
She is a board member of several commercial and not-for-profit organisations, including the Fritz Family Office,[2]; the Fritz Family Foundation,[3]; and Huddle,[4] a consulting firm that specialises in human-centered change management.
International activities
She is also a Director of the International Centre for Democratic Partnerships (ICDP),[5] a non-political organisation established in 2017 which currently implements the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade’s Pacific Connect[6] programme. She is also Director of the ICDP Foundation,[7] which supports projects in education, cultural preservation, health and the natural environment in the Pacific.
She was part of Australia’s trade mission to Israel in 2016 [8] led by Lucy Turnbull AO and a member of the CSIRO/NAB Australian National Outlook 2060’s[9] in In 2018-19.
Philanthropy
She co-founded Thread Together[10] which provides brand new clothing to disadvantaged communities across Australia. She sits on the boards of social justice charity Stand Up[11] and is a member of the advisory board for the Social Impact Hub.[12] She is also part of a significant giving circle which engages whole families in the act of giving to those in need.
She is a mentor for women (Pacific Connect, The Susan Wakil Fellowship[13] student leadership program), a regular blogger[14] on Open Forum (Australia), and has co-authored several articles on the ‘Second Track’ process and methodology.
