Creating a talk page for a deleted draft

So that people who tried to create it before would not be able to (unless perhaps, they were to become extendedconfirmed which would mean that they've become real Wikipedia editors), because each time someone does it, it creates work for administrators, who have to delete it. tw^sabin 03:17, 8 February 2022 (UTC)
