New to using Wiki

Sorry, I just updated my Great Grandfather's birthplace without being logged in. I see that being logged in is better and will do that for any subsequent additions or changes I make. Cite error: The named reference "dmm" was defined multiple times with different content

I think I know what is wrong, but I don't know how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated. I will continue adding to this page until I get all of the information in place. Sorry if I'm stepping on anyone's toes. I just want to create a more complete record for this gentleman, my great grandfather, who I have been researching for years.
