(oddly, I myself have been accused of sockpuppetry on this article by an ip for making one edit on the page to improve the infobox image). Held off on indefinite semi-protection for now: page has not previously needed protection and Kiev/Kyiv edit-warring might slowly peter out as people digest (or propose amendment to) the recent RfC.
