The origin of the Coca-Cola bottle's shape is under dispute. The official company position is that it was modeled after a cacao pod, the image of which was given to the bottler, by mistake, rather than a coca leaf or kola nut. *shrug* We'll probably never know for sure what's the truth, but I think it's sufficient to add the "may have been" [1] -Fuzzy 15:40, 8 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]
