Flagging my WP:COI

Unless you are actually making money from the community (e.g., as a real estate agent), I don't think the cited Wikipedia Conflict of Interest criteria apply here. My personal opinion, of course :-). Finney1234 (talk) 04:28, 1 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
