If you are a Wikimedia steward or have a close connection with one, please ask them to remove the global lock on User:ColdFairy (User talk:ColdFairy). There were no disciplinary issues with ColdFairy. On this account, I thought it would be a clear-cut case because of the above reasoning. However, I now recognize it's not. Once ColdFairy is unblocked, please unblock this account so I can use it as a legitamite alternate acccount.
