Request reason:

apologies for making a second request and I will not make another but I legitimately have no association with whoever is behind that account. I don't know what association you have made. If there was some way to know I could respond. I made an account here to report a page I know was made by somebody to promote himself, but it is still active. Wasn't sure how to do it. I haven't made any posts, edits etc,either, so not sure how that is a sock puppet Incompetent88 (talk) 20:52, 28 July 2023 (UTC)

After some discussion with Yamla, I concede that I may have made a mistake in this case. Your account was created on the same narrow, quiet range that some people were using abusively, but it's possible that was just a coincidence, so I'm happy to give you the benefit of the doubt and unblock this account. Definitely not the case that you have no association at all with Videographer Joe 1. I'm not sure I'd go as far as to say  Confirmed, but the connection is certainly closer than "no association at all". Yamla (talk) 20:20, 28 July 2023 (UTC)
