Deletion of Andy Alaszewski - why?

Can you explain this deletion which was described as advertising - this was a new webpage for a distinguished academic created in my sandbox then the content pasted into a new page creation - I see you have removed the html from the sandb0x too - can you restore that please and explain how U can legitimately create this page, as I have created several such pages in the past without issue; thanks Rwatson1955 (talk) 12:58, 11 August 2023 (UTC)

Lahgar, when you are ready, add {{subst:submit}} to the top of the page and save, that will attract a reviewer. However, as it stands, it will be rejected. You need independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that they meet the notability guidelines. Sources that are not acceptable include those linked to the person or an associated organisation, press releases, YouTube, IMDB, social media and other sites that can be self-edited, blogs, websites of unknown or non-reliable provenance, and sites that are just reporting what the person claims or interviewing them. References should be in-line so we can tell what fact each is supporting, and should not be bare urls. Your refs are written by you, they aren't independent sources. The purpose of this page was to inform and raise awareness around Indian academicians engaged in Artificial Intelligence. This move was to raise awareness and motivate people towards the learning and practice of Artificial Intelligence. Mohit Shewani is well known personalty in India. He has acted in the bollywood movie. Reference is already given in the movie page "Janhit Mein Jaari". He has website with his name mohitshewani.com and also listed on imdb https://www.imdb.com/name/nm13045137/. Please let me know if more verifiable references are required to bring this page back.
