Elma Saiz Delgado (pronounced [ˈelma ˈsajθ]; born 2 December 1975) is a Spanish politician, who is Minister of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration in the government of Spain[1]. Before her incumbency, she was Minister of Economy and Finance of Navarre between 2019 and 2023,[2] and a member of the Pamplona City Council.
