It houses Thailand’s fourth IKEA,[1] but it is the world’s largest IKEA located inside a city centre, as well as a 6,000-seat arena "EM Live" sponsored by UOB and managed by AEG[2] in addition to numerous shops and restaurants.[3] The site was formerly occupied by an entertainment area called Washington Square.
