It doesn't matter whether the IP address is a proxy server or not. You've already disclosed that you're AudiGuy-1204 here , which is a banned account, and this means you don't currently have the right to edit Wikipedia on any IP, on any account, on any computer, anywhere in the world, for any reason whatsoever. Your only option is to send an account from your banned account using WP:UTRS. Behavior like this is unlikely to convince anyone to allow you to edit Wikipedia again.

Request reason:

Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 95.70.206.180. How is my ISP's IP an open proxy? 95.70.206.180 (talk) 14:51, 11 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Notes:

 • In some cases, you may not in fact be blocked, or your block has already expired. Please check the list of active blocks. If no block is listed, then you have been autoblocked by the automated anti-vandalism systems. Please remove this request and follow these instructions instead for quick attention by an administrator.
 • Please read our guide to appealing blocks to make sure that your unblock request will help your case. You may change your request at any time.
Administrator use only:

If you ask the blocking administrator to comment on this request, replace this template with the following, replacing "blocking administrator" with the name of the blocking admin:

If you decline the unblock request, replace this template with the following code, substituting with a specific rationale. Leaving the decline reason unchanged will result in display of a default reason, explaining why the request was declined.

If you accept the unblock request, replace this template with the following, substituting Accept reason here with your rationale:

Who said that the IPs I use are open proxies?

95.70.206.180 (talk) 14:50, 11 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not using any VPN or proxy service. 95.70.206.180 (talk) 14:52, 11 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I'm thinking that it's like the "You Cannot Escape Windows 10" viral video, but with Yamla instead of Microsoft Windows.

Appearently Yamla thinks that he's a Bentley and I'm a Hyundai. 95.70.206.180 (talk) 14:56, 11 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Yamla: I'm not using any open proxy. This is my own IP from my own modem. 95.70.206.180 (talk) 17:30, 11 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

It doesn't matter whether the IP address is a proxy server or not. You've already disclosed that you're AudiGuy-1204 here [1], which is a banned account, and this means you don't currently have the right to edit Wikipedia on any IP, on any account, on any computer, anywhere in the world, for any reason whatsoever. Your only option is to send an account from your banned account using WP:UTRS. Behavior like this is unlikely to convince anyone to allow you to edit Wikipedia again.
