Environment, Transport and Works Bureau is a department of the Government of Hong Kong. It is in charge of:
- Environmental protection
- Transport
- Public works
- Waste management
Facilities
Recycling
Recycling of glass, metal cans and newspapers are collected by private contractors, whom in turn sell the material for re-cycling in Hong Kong and China.
