Del Rey Manga is the manga-publishing imprint of Del Rey Books, a branch of Ballantine Books, which in turn is part of Random House, the publishing division of Bertelsmann. Some of their titles, such as Tsubasa Chronicle and xxxHolic are published in the United Kingdom by a company called Tanoshimi.
Titles
Del Rey made their debut in May 2004 with four manga titles:

Mature line
In early December 2005 it was announced[1] that Del Rey Manga would begin publishing a mature line of manga. They will be larger than the regular books, be shrink wrapped, and sold for $13.95.
