Unterseeboot 16 or U-16 has been the name of several German submarines or U-boats during the First World War, the Second World War and in the post-war Bundesmarine.
- Unterseeboot 16 (1911) was a submarine built in 1911 for service in the First World War, and sunk in 1919.
- During the First World War, Germany also possessed the submarines:
