I removed the vanity tag b/c artist is notable. Has a world record of sorts.

I added the infobox and image to conform a bit better to guidelines. The record for the largest floor mosaic has not been awarded by Guinness (it is a very complicated matter to arrange!) so I removed the definitive statement and just mention that it is "likely" the worlds largest.
