American Cuisine (Cuisins américaine) is a french Movie directed by Jean-Yves Pitoun, released in 1998 in France, in 2001 in USA.
Plot
After a conflict with an officer, Lorne Collins got fired from the navy, where he was learning to be a Chef. Too poor to pay for cooking studies he went to Dijon and got hired by Louis Boyer, the bad tempered owner of a prestigious restaurant.
