What's my Line?

Gay Icon Project

In my effort to merge the now-deleted list from the article Gay icon to the Gay icons category, I have added this page to the category. I engaged in this effort as a "human script", adding everyone from the list to the category, bypassing the fact-checking stage. That is what I am relying on you to do. Please check the article Gay icon and make a judgment as to whether this person or group fits the category. By distributing this task from the regular editors of one article to the regular editors of several articles, I believe that the task of fact-checking this information can be expedited. Harry Kullijian reference

The statement that while in junior high Carol met a "man named Harry Kullijian with whom she fell in love" might give the false impression that Harry was an adult. In fact (according to Carol in a 21 August 2007 interview on KPFK radio), Harry was 13 and Carol was 12, he was in 8th grade and she in 7th. Might it be more accurate to say she met a "boy" named Harry Kullijian? Also, is Harry's Armenian ancestry really relevant to the article? - Mark Dixon 22:11, 21 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
