Woodburn Company Stores is a outlet mall in Woodburn, Oregon. Owned and operated by Craig Realty Group ^[1], it is one of Oregon's most popular tourist attractions. ^[2]

According to KPTV, Portland, Oregon's FOX affiliate, KATU, Portland's ABC affiliate, and the Statesman Journal, Woodburn Company Stores was the location of a police break-up of a large shoplifting ring. ^[3] ^[4] ^[5] A feed by the Associated Press, subsequently published on the website of KGW, the Portland area's NBC affiliate, says that thousands attended the mall's midnight opening for Black Friday during the 2007 Christmas season. ^[6] Portland's Pulitzer Prize winning tabloid Willamette Week has written that Woodburn Company Stores is occasionally the meeting place of people interested in casual sex ^[7] and that the mall's "Outlet Express", a bus that brings shoppers from downtown Portland to the mall, was less than successful upon opening. ^[8]

It passes by the occupied spot, rounds another corner, continues down 6th street, and disappears. Did I miss it?"
