stabbing
On September 25, 2000, he was stabbed in the face, neck and back while at a nightclub by the East Coast hip hop rapper , Benzino, and his group, The Made Men.
Can anyone verify this? --Yodakii 02:56:32, 2005-09-10 (UTC)
This is the number one suspect.
The description of Paul Pierce seems slightly exagerrated.
Why?

article
This article is pretty out of control. Anyone care to rewrite it? There is too much POV feel to the whole thing. Pierce's statistics and performances should speak to how "great" of a player he is. I am a Pierce fan, but I still feel this article seems to "fan-written".
Agreed...probably 98% of the players in the NBA are "dedicated and hardworking". They wouldn't be in the league if they weren't. He's a great player, let the numbers speak for themselves.Kgppra17 10:52, 8 August 2007 (UTC)
Revamped the page a little bit. What do you guys think? --MCDRLx 09:17:32, 2006-03-02 (UTC)
the part about winning the Atlantic Div in multiple years is completely wrong.
Amare
When he broke his teeth, a foul was NOT called, I just watched the game film. Anyone can verify this. Although he was clearly HIT.
Using the term "fouled" does not necessarily mean there was an official foul called. In coaching, it's often used a lot in describing an incident.
68.199.98.115 14:24, 7 August 2007 (UTC)There was not an offical foul on the play. Pierce went up and Amare came up underneath him right as Pierce was coming down, thus undercutting him. No foul was called and this led to Celtics' TV Color Commentator Tommy Heinsohn to get all 'riled up' on camera. I don't even know why the Amare incident is on his page anyways?
A lot of people think that the refs in the NBA are racists because in the playoffs abot 2 years ago Tim Duncan was knocked in to the section 1 row 1 seats and the officials didn't care.
content questions
What does "11 caps" mean (in the international section) ?
- A cap is a game played for one's country. It's usually a term used outside of the United States since soccer, cricket and rugby are played internationally more often than American sports (hockey, football, basketball, baseball). Jordinho (talk) 05:09, 3 January 2008 (UTC)
Why does it say ANTHONY DEPOLO IS GAY in his high school information.
