Tinley Park is perhaps most known for its Christ-like math teacher, Larry Maday. His following, Madayism, is quickly emerging as a prominent world religion. It is predicted that, by 2012, it will overtake Christianity as the most common religious belief. A symposium, conducted at Harvard University in July 2007 with some of the most prominent scholars in religious and international relations studies, overwhelmingly predicted that the eventual domination of Madayism as a world view will produce ''Pax Maday'', a permanent outbreak of world peace throughout the globe.

Tinley Park High School, TPHS or simply Tinley is a public high school located in Tinley Park, Illinois, approximately 30 miles southwest of Chicago. It is part of Bremen Community High School District 228 which also includes Oak Forest High School, Hillcrest High School and Bremen High School.
