== Harikat al-Jihad al-Islami ==

Harikah (rendered Harikat as part of the genetive construct), although it can mean "action", is - in the context of a political, social or religious group or organisation - more correctly translated as "movement"; so a better translation would be "The Islamic Jihad Movement", or alternatively "The Movement of Islamic Jihad". Additionally, translating 'jihad' as 'holy war' etc. (although not done here) does not convey the full sense of the word - the word is in common enough usage in English to be rendered as 'jihad'. Suspect sketch

Was the suspect released, or was the sketch to the public? Clarify. --66.160.82.118 (talk) 15:06, 15 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

international reactions

Canada's and Israel's reactions are almost identical, coincidence? —Preceding unsigned comment added by MikelZap (talkcontribs) 23:53, 15 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

MOVE

Definite move to 2008 Jaipur bombings. Whats with the date? No wikipedia article uses this format. --haha169 (talk) 01:13, 16 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

See 7 July 2005 London bombings, 29 October 2005 Delhi bombings, 11 July 2006 Mumbai train bombings, 11 March 2004 Madrid train bombings and of course, September 11, 2001 attacks. --AI009 (talk) 04:03, 16 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Harikat al-Jihad al-Islami

Harikah (rendered Harikat as part of the genetive construct), although it can mean "action", is - in the context of a political, social or religious group or organisation - more correctly translated as "movement"; so a better translation would be "The Islamic Jihad Movement", or alternatively "The Movement of Islamic Jihad". Additionally, translating 'jihad' as 'holy war' etc. (although not done here) does not convey the full sense of the word - the word is in common enough usage in English to be rendered as 'jihad'. 81.110.190.8 (talk) 22:31, 16 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
