His work is primarily 2D animation but he has been known to occassionally use 3D software although it is often composited into 2D work. Robbie studied animation at Wolverhampton University and graduated in 2005. He worked at Wolverhampton Civic Hall from 2005-2007 while working on his animation work in his spare time. He currently works as a graphic designer at Soft Brick Company based in Warrington |

Robbies most famous animation titled "the monster dance" was made in 2004 in collaboration with Neil hudson. It lasts only 30 seconds but quickly became one of the most watched videos on youtube in 2005. |

Robbie has stated that his current animation "the curse of the fishbowl treasure" will be released exclusively on his website late June 2008. He has also stated his fifth animation under the working title "sheep and butterflies" will begin production shortly after "fishbowl" is released and will be finished early 2009 |
